Preparation:
Clean the chicken, cut in cubes as per your requirements and apply salt & lime, grind garlic, ginger, pepper, green chillies and coriander to a fine paste. Apply it to the chicken and marinade for about 2 to 3 hours.
Method:
Steam the chicken on slow fire for 10 -15 minutes. Heat a nonstick frying pan, add oil and shallow fry the pieces light brown. Fry the onions with the same oil. Add a dash of Goa vinegar, pinch of salt and little sugar if you desire and let it cook for 2 -3 minutes on slow fire. Now add the chicken broth and once it comes to a boil, add the fried chicken pieces, mix it well, cook on slow fire for 3 minutes and server with Potato wedges.
