The new year started with the KGA grooming subcommittee organizing a session on grooming and empowering women to create an impact with Mrs Nicole Faria Powar, Miss Earth 2010 and Mrs Anita Faria of WE MORPH who took time out from their busy schedule to spend an evening with the KGA members on the 6th of January 2024 at the Catholic Club.

The session started with Nicole who shared with us her journey till her triumphant moment of being crowned Miss Earth. A wonderful human being, warm and caring, she reached out to all present and shared all her ups and downs and how she strived only to get better. We then had a live make up session where she gave tips and showed everyone how-to put-on makeup on one of our young members, so that we could put our best foot forward while stepping out as a confident person.

Mrs Anita Faria of We Morph then gave us a talk on all that they do and also gave tips on skin care, hair care, diet and slimming. WE MORPH that Anita manages deals with all of the above. She gave us simple home tips on creating a face mask and emphasized on hydration and nutrition.

We had RJ Snigdha who moderated and kept the crowd energized during the session.

To sum it all Anita had brought along a BMI machine and all the ladies got themselves checked and results were sent to us.

All in all, a wonderful evening spent with Nicole and Anita. Thank you to our President, Ian who managed to get Nicole and Anita.
